Elementary age children have somewhat limited exposure to the sciences. We live in a complex & changing world which requires interdisciplinary thinking skills evolved through educational innovation. Using visual & tactile techniques plus recycled materials the SOSF experiments translate into future scientists – it does not matter what the project is, only what the science is!

Our activities are kid-selected & kid-driven. Every session of the After School labs is different; we never do the exact same thing twice. `We keep our projects a surprise & we teach by simple guidelines with a fresh focus, big ideas, real tools, projected models & innovation! Our staff has the ability to see things through the eyes of the children & teach that way! DO NOT STOP QUESTIONING! CURIOSITY HAS ITS OWN REASON FOR BEING!
