You may go for the food but you will likely want to stay for the fun as the market boasts an impressive line up of local musicians as well as a variety of games and activities to be enjoyed by folks of all ages. "For my family, the Wednesday afternoon farmers market is a community hub, a space to gather with other families. The exposure for my children (ages 2 and 5) to live music, storytelling, outdoor activities and new, fresh foods is powerful!"shares Lisa Nowell, local resident and founder of Recess Collective, an organization that promotes healthy early child development and resources.
