5th Annual Chicano Soul Fest
Welcome to our 5th Annual Chicano Soul Fest! Where Chicano culture is showcased through music, art, lowriders, food, community and more! Our festival will once again take place at the beautiful grounds of History Park in San Jose.
Last year's show was epic, as we incorporated all aspects of Chicano culture through the diversity of music; from Mariachi to Banda and some Soul and Funk!
Our event went viral on all social media platforms with the performance of Sarah La Morena, an African American woman, raised by a Mexican family from Zacatecas, Mexico. She shared her story on stage and touched so many hearts not just at the event but world wide through our social media platforms.Sarah's story brought awareness to the Afro-Latino/Black & Brown community which is what we want to continue to carry over to our 4th Annual 2025 event!
In 2025, you can expect to continue to see live cultural performances such as Aztec dancers and folklorico. We will show case an art exhibition at the venue firehouse curated by 1Culture inspired by Chicano Resistance Movements from the 60s to today! Additionally, we will showcase a Lowrider bike display in the Renzel Room, over 200 lowriders spread throghout the park, creative vendors, delicious food vendors, and an amazing stage with super talented artists!
