Writopia Lab Creative Writing Camp Dogpatch
In both multi-genre and themed workshops, writers in age-based groups work with a published author or produced playwright (highly trained in teaching the form, genre, or topic). Participants discuss, share, develop, and complete their own original works.
Half-Day workshops meet Monday-Friday for three hours per day. Workshops are age-based and enroll a maximum of eight writers.

Come join us for a writing, friends, and fun! Writopia Lab's mission is to foster joy, literacy, and critical thinking in children and teens from all backgrounds through creative writing. This mission is rooted in our belief that celebrating and sharing stories contributes to the building of stronger, more literate and empathetic young people and societies. Our age-based workshops give young writers the opportunity to work on their own pieces alongside a maximum of eight peers.
