Stand Up Paddle Boarding 101

Enjoy a leisurely paddle through Spring Lake Regional Park while checking out local flora and fauna. Participants will learn various techniques in order to paddle across Spring Lake. All equipment will be provided! Paddles and life jackets will be sanitized before use; participants will paddle 6-8 feet apart. Bring a water bottle, water-proof bag to carry any essential items and wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet. The cost is $25 and registration is required.
