Parent & Me Yoga

Spend a morning of movement and connection together! This parent/child yoga class is designed for children ages 4-8 and a grown-up, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and social-emotional learning to help kids explore their feelings with curiosity and courage. Class will take place on the front lawn, allowing a chance to connect with the beautiful natural surroundings of Gamble Garden.
Pricing
Member Cost: Adults $16 / Children $8
Non-Member Cost: Adults $20 / Children $10
Required Materials
Please bring a large towel, blanket, or two yoga mats for you and your child.
Instructor Bio
Stephanie Le is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and Rainbow Yoga-trained kids’ instructor with over a decade of personal practice. She specializes in yoga for children and families, blending movement, breathwork, and social-emotional learning to help kids explore their feelings.
Terms and Conditions
Registration fees are nonrefundable. If Gamble Garden cancels an event due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded (less applicable service charges). By registering, participants agree to our policies and consent to photography for promotional purposes.
