Join the Carquinez Model Railroad Society for our June Open House in Crockett as we celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with a weekend of model trains, history, and family fun.
Come explore our large HO scale model railroad, featuring over 2,000 square feet of three-tier layout showcasing the historic Southern Pacific mainline from Oakland, California to Sparks, Nevada. Visitors can enjoy trains running throughout the layout, detailed miniature scenes, a club store, and the chance to meet local model railroaders.
This family-friendly event is a great outing for kids, new model railroaders, longtime train fans, and anyone looking for something fun and memorable to do in the Bay Area. Whether you love trains, history, miniature worlds, or just want a unique weekend activity, we’d love to welcome you.
