Puberty & Mental Health - Virtual Parent Talk

*The event has already taken place on this date: Mon, 11/03/2025
The Saklan School is excited to host Dr. Megan Johnson, Clinical Psychologist, on Monday, November 3rd at 6:00 p.m. for a virtaul talk on how puberty impacts kids’ emotions, stress, and mental health.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

While this stage often brings heightened sensitivity and increased risk for anxiety or depression, it also opens a unique window for growth, resilience, and recalibration. Parents will walk away with insight into what’s happening during puberty and practical strategies to support their children through these changes with confidence. RSVP at saklan.org/parents
