MyMainstage - Camp Broadway's 25th Anniversary Virtual Camp (July 27 - August 7)

MyMainstage is a unique, song and dance-filled enrichment program for theatre-loving kids ages 10-17. Camp Broadway’s 25th anniversary theme is “New York, New York” and our featured show is Guys and Dolls Jr., considered to be one of Broadway’s most perfect musicals. Inspired by our annual camp and taught by our team of New York theatre pros led by director/choreographer Holly Raye, MyMainstage includes 30-hours (Monday through Friday over 2-weeks) of interactive classes in singing, dancing, acting and related activities delivered online to aspiring performers in the comfort of their own home. Kids will learn a selection of classic songs including “Adelaide’s Lament,” “A Bushel and a Peck,” “Luck Be a Lady,” and “Sit Down You’re Rockin’ the Boat”. Camp Broadway culminates in our annual Family Finale that is presented LIVE and features a professionally produced video of our camp ensemble performing songs and scenes from this year’s musical, and our popular Broadway medley.

MyMainstage includes:
 30-hours of Live instruction by experienced teachers in singing, dancing and acting
 viewing party of a Broadway show followed by a live chat with a special guest
 official camp t-shirt and a commemorative patch
 downloadable camp content and instructions for uploading videos and photos
 presentation of the professionally produced Family Finale

To enable effective teaching and to promote personal interaction between teacher and camper, enrollment is limited to 60 participants. Campers will be organized into small groups of 8-15 participants per group. Each class encourages kids to make new friends, as well as inspires independent learning outside of camp so each performer can master their dialogue, songs, and movement.

**Please note that the times of this program are from 12pm - 3pm OR 1pm - 4pm Eastern Standard Time, depending on group placement. Groups will be assigned approximately 2 weeks prior to camp.

**Please note that the time of this workshop is Eastern Standard Time. Our friends across the country are welcome to join us, so be sure to adjust for your time zone.
