Five- and six-year-olds are natural adventurers. Every day they’re striking out into new territory—learning some fresh fact, discovering a different corner of the world, developing their own identities.
Our Explorer Day Camp in Orinda which has a comfortable camper to staff ratio of 5:1 is built for these young pioneers, from the most circumspect to the most courageous. It’s a place where K – 1st graders can start getting comfortable with a host of empowering outdoor activities—hiking trails, paddling stand up paddleboards and kayaks, maneuvering striders or pedal bikes—alongside creative pursuits including yoga, art, and music.
